It is sad to see that the Pittsburg High School Band, which will be traveling to participate in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, could not find the time to participate in the Antioch Veterans Day Parade where they could have given their local supporters who have donated money for their trip to New York the opportunity to see them in what would have been a great 'dress rehersal' for them.
The bands from Antioch HS, Deer Valley HS and Liberty HS (in Brentwood) will all be participating to honor the veterans of our military services. Sadly, the Pittsburg High School Band will be MIA (Missing in Action).
So here are some people who you should call to ask them why the Pittsburg High Schools Band isn't willing to honor our veterans when Pittsburg was the home of Camp Stoneman where tens of thousands of soldiers were processed to be sent overseas.

It is to bad that the Pittsburg High School agenda does not allow for appreciation of our Veterans.
I would venture to guess if Obama was coming to town they would fine the time.
Since they must have received donations from Veterans', I hope these Veterans now ask for their money back...
I did.
