This not only hits the County but all the cities as well, especially Richmond. The County should just close the County Hospital and get out of the socialized medicine business anyway. That would account for way over 50 million. Contract out hospital services like othe counties do.
Hopefully this will lead to massive layoffs of useless county workers and management. Regardless of the spin in the Lame Stream Media, the economy is not in "recovery" and will never return to where it was 2 years ago. We need a permanent reduction in force at all levels of government.
