Actaully, this homicidal killer is a prime example of a failed judicial system. He has been up for murder chargers in the past for killing a 18 year old. After months of court dates and testimonies, he still was let free. This could have been prevented if he would have been punished for his previous crimes. He isn't on section 8 and he doesnt even live in Antioch. Its not uncommon for crimes to take place in Antioch by people who ARE NOT citizens!!!! For the most part, the people who thrive off of violence are those who have witnessed violence their whole lives. Who is at fault for that? Not a program that aides people in paying their rent. I know there are many people who abuse the section 8 program but to classify ALL section 8 recipients as BAD, GHETTO or VIOLENT is plan ignornant as the people who really are BAD, GHETTO and VIOLENT.
I dont believe it would be racist. The Federal Goverment does need to revise the whole program!! And if certain races fall in the "can't have it anymore" category, Oh well. It is what it is! And I bet there will be people of ALL races that ARE allowed to remain on the program!!
