location could be, by the little parking lot, across the senior center, next to the parking benches, over looking the delta,
or create a section on that big dirt lot across of that empty antioch lumber building. gravel on the ground, steel shade.

after watching broward county police women something occured to me one sheriff lady was being filmed about her off time and her child which she keeps active in sports and she said that the field reps had her on field arrest because she cant control her actions and mouth when her son is playing on the field so she bought a folding chair that had an elevated foot rest to keep her butt planted so she wouldnt over react when her son is playing ok fair enough so my question is, is that when kids are competing can they even hear their screaming parent on the side line and shouldnt over reactive p
I could not locate the original forum on this topic so I will start another one. Perhaps this message will clear up any confusion. I thought I could express this in my own words, but how could I when I did not author Measure U. I agree completely with the author below and he explains it best how RDA money is to be used....capital projects. Turf Qualifies!

I've noticed this for quite a while, and I guess it's time to see if anybody knows. Is it legal to fly an ultra-light low over city limits? And for that matter, since I can hear it right now, are planes allowed to do stunts over populated areas? For the last hour there's been a plane flying ove SE Antioch doing dives and rolls and whatever else. It sounds like a WWII movie outside. Can they really do this legally?

I heard from a neighbor, who was taking their own live in their hands by shopping at Wal-Mart in Antioch yesterday early afternoon.

Well, this is great for business. The wicked storm has knocked out the above ground transformers and downed power lines in many Rivertown areas, so restaurant had to temporarily close. I guess the weatherman was right after all. At least there's no baseball playoff games until Thursday and it happened on a Tuesday when there isn't much other sports going on. The weather gods spared us on Monday night football and the baseball playoffs, so I guess they are all big sports fans. At least we got that going for us. Why aren't they helping my Raiders though?

At last the fine will be a deterrent.
Drivers who misuse a disabled placard to snag free parking at meters and in blue zones will face a fine of up to $1,000 -- 10 times more than the previous amount -- under a bill signed into law by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
